Welcome to Opsure Enterprises Ltd (“Opsure”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.opsure.co) and services, including the hiring and management of remote or offshore employees for your business (“Service” or “Services”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Services

Opsure provides dedicated offshore employees (including but not limited to Virtual Assistants, Designers, Developers, Marketers, and other skilled professionals) to businesses globally. These team members may work either remotely or from our managed office facilities.

We manage hiring, payroll, supervision, and replacements. However, the client remains responsible for task delegation, performance feedback, and project-specific communication.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent a business entity to use our services.

4. Payments & Fees

Clients pay a monthly or agreed retainer for the selected resource(s), billed upfront via Stripe or other authorized channels. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Contracts & Duration

Clients can opt for full-time, part-time, or project-based resource allocations. Contracts renew monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All work delivered by Opsure’s assigned personnel belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. All team members sign NDAs. You may also request a custom NDA for added security.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription with a minimum 7-day notice before your next billing cycle. Early termination of fixed-duration contracts may incur a pro-rata fee unless specified otherwise.

9. Replacements

In case of poor performance or unexpected drop-out, Opsure offers unlimited free replacements during your active agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Opsure shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, errors, or third-party actions.

11. Modifications

Opsure reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

Refund Policy

At Opsure, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. Due to the nature of our staffing services, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

1. Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • You paid but did not receive access to your hired resource
  • The resource was never assigned due to our internal delays
  • Duplicate payments were made

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Services already rendered (e.g. hours worked or onboarding completed)
  • Delays or dissatisfaction not communicated during the active service
  • Change of mind after resource assignment and work commencement

3. Replacement Guarantee

If you’re dissatisfied with performance, you are entitled to unlimited free replacements. We strongly encourage using this before requesting cancellation.

4. Requesting a Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the issue to hello@opsure.co. Please include payment details and reason for the request.

5. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days.
